Refund policy

1) ONLINE PURCHASES

If you purchased a product on our e-commerce site and wish to make a return, no problem! Please notify our Customer Care within 14 days of receiving the package by sending an email to customercare@eledony.com and attaching a copy of the completed form, which you must then place inside the package.

Remember that the products to be returned must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.

Send the package via a courier of your choice to the following address:

or deliver it in person to the same address.

Refund

After assessing the condition of the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Except for the exceptions indicated below, in the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter shall have the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), without any penalty and without having to state a reason.

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, for concrete hygiene reasons, sealed products and, in any case, cosmetic products whose hygiene guarantee lapses upon opening the primary packaging are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal. In practice, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the Buyer opens the seal on the secondary packaging.

Without prejudice to the above exclusion, the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer Buyer within 14 days of receiving the product.


2) PURCHASES MADE IN BOUTIQUE
If you purchased a product at our Rome boutique and wish to make an exchange, no problem! Bring the item to the store and show the purchase receipt. You have 30 days to make the exchange.

Remember that the products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCTS

If the product received is defective, damaged, or not compliant with the order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery by sending an email to customercare@eledony.com indicating:
- order number
- description of the defect
and one or more photos clearly showing the issue.
After verification, we will replace the product free of charge.

In the event of a defective product, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
